CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR A POSITION OF RECOGNIZED RESEARCHER AT THE INSTITUTE OF LAW, POLITICS AND DEVELOPMENT - HEALTH LAW

The Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in view of the possible opening of one position of Recognized Researcher (a tenure track position: RTT Researcher becoming Associate Professor after 3 or 6 years upon confirmation) at the Institute of Law, Politics and Development (https://www.santannapisa.it/en/istituto/dirpolis-institute),  togheter with the Interdisciplinary Research Center "Health Science"  in one or more of these research areas:  

• Health law in the local, domestic, European, international and comparative dimension,
• The right to health and to an effective access to care services and its impact on the organization of the health care system including also the social perspective
• Management and protection of Personal data with special reference to the health-related ones,
• The legal framework of the regulation, the development and the integration of public and private providers, profit and no profit,  in the universal coverage healthcare system contest
• Liability in health sector and regulation of drugs or medical devices
• Bioethical profiles of medical experimentation (also related to robotic and implantable medical devices) and ethical and legal issues in personalized medicine,
• Definition and implementation of the LEA- Essential Levels of Assistance for health and social services
